### 📏 File Prep & Output Checklist To guarantee a flawless print, ensure your files meet the following criteria before saving in the builder: * **Width Restrictions:** Keep all critical artwork strictly within the 22-inch boundary lines in the designer to avoid cutoff. * **Background:** Must be fully transparent (avoid white background blocks unless they are part of the design). * **Resolution:** 300 DPI at the final physical size. * **Lines & Text:** Ensure fine lines are at least 0.02 inches (approx. 1.5 to 2 points) thick so the adhesive backing can grip properly. * **Automated Output:** Once you submit your layout, our builder automatically packages your canvas into ultra-crisp, high-resolution **PDF or transparent PNG** print files. ### 🔥 Heat Press Application Instructions Our transfers are incredibly user-friendly to apply. For professional results, we recommend using a traditional heat press:
1. **Pre-Press:** Press your garment for 3–5 seconds to remove any ambient moisture and wrinkles. 2. **Position:** Cut your desired transfer from the roll and place it design-side down on the fabric. 3. **First Press:** Press at **300°F–320°F** for **10–15 seconds** using medium to firm pressure. 4. **Peel:** Allow the transfer to cool completely to the touch (**Cold Peel**), then smoothly peel away the PET film liner from one corner. 5. **Post-Press (Optional):** Cover the design with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet and press for an additional 5 seconds to lock in a premium, matte texture and maximum washability.
